Orders are eligible for return if they are received by Sassafras within 7 days of the date merchandise is received by customer with receipt and original tags attached. Store credit only. No returns on sale merchandise. No returns on holiday items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment with the original tags still in place. Sass is not responsible for lost packages or tampered packages.
